A Structural Approach to Jowl and Jawline Rejuvenation
Lift, redefine, and support the lower face — without overfilling or surgery.
Every treatment begins with a physician-led assessment to determine the right combination of tightening, stimulation, and structural support.
Initial consultations are conducted virtually.
Why the Lower Face Requires a Different Approach
Lower face ageing is driven by changes in support — not just skin.

Changes in the lower face are rarely caused by lines alone. They involve shifts in structural support, tissue descent, volume redistribution, and skin quality.
This is why effective rejuvenation begins with a physician-led assessment — to determine what is actually driving change and whether non-surgical options are appropriate for you.
The purpose of the assessment is clarity — not commitment.
What Happens During the Assessment
A physician-led evaluation — not a sales appointment.
During the assessment, we focus on:
-
What is contributing to lower face change
-
Whether non-surgical options are appropriate
-
What outcomes are realistically achievable
No treatment is recommended unless appropriate.
Clinical
Outcomes
Results shown are from actual patients treated in our clinic. Individual results will vary.
Lower Face Rejuvenation Requires Sequence
Effective outcomes depend on doing the right things in the right order.

• Structure is assessed before volume is added
• Support is restored before refinement
• Skin is treated in the context of what lies beneath
This is why every plan begins with a physician-led assessment.

Frequently asked Questions
What happens during the consultation?
The consultation is a physician-led assessment focused on understanding what is contributing to your concerns. We review your anatomy, tissue changes, and goals, and discuss whether non-surgical options are appropriate and what outcomes are realistically achievable. No treatment is performed at this visit unless specifically planned in advance.
Is this a treatment appointment or just an assessment?
This is an assessment first. The purpose is to determine if treatment makes sense, which options are appropriate, and how a staged plan might look. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.
Will I be pressured to book treatment?
No. Many patients choose to move forward after the consultation, while others take time to reflect or decide not to proceed at all. The goal of the visit is clarity, not commitment.
Are these treatments surgical?
No. The consultation focuses on non-surgical and energy-based options such as skin tightening and body contouring. If a concern is unlikely to respond well to non-surgical treatment, this will be discussed openly.
Are initial consultations in person or virtual?
Initial consultations are conducted virtually. This allows us to review your concerns, medical history, and goals efficiently and determine whether an in-person assessment or treatment is appropriate as a next step. If treatment is recommended, in-person visits are scheduled accordingly.
How long does the consultation take?
Most consultations take approximately 30–45 minutes, allowing time for assessment, discussion, and questions.
Do you discuss pricing at the consultation?
Yes. If treatment is appropriate, pricing and staging are discussed transparently during the consultation so you can make an informed decision.
Is there downtime with non-surgical treatments?
Downtime varies depending on the treatment and area involved. This will be reviewed during your consultation if treatment is recommended.
What if I decide not to proceed after the consultation?
That is completely fine. Some patients decide that treatment isn’t the right choice for them, and the consultation still serves as a valuable opportunity to understand their options.
